Unit 7 Would you like a pie? Story time.

教学目标

1.能听懂、会说、会读单词:a pie, a cake, an egg.

2.能听懂、会说、会读句型:Nice to meet you. Would you like …? Yes, please. What about…? No, thank you.

3.能熟练、准确地运用句型:“Would you like …?”“ What about …?”与同学进行对话,并能正确的回答。

教学重点和难点

1.能听懂、会说、会读单词a cake, a pie,a sweet, a hot dog。

2.能初步听懂、会说并且会读Would you like…?/What about…?以及应答语Yes, please.和No , thank you

 

教学策略

通过创设情境,结合各种游戏和对话表演,理解并掌握本课日常交际用语。

教学过程

(Warming up:)

Enjoy an English song.

(课前播放一首与本节课目标语言相关的英文歌曲《Nice to meet you》,将学生引入英语课堂氛围。)

Step 1. Greetings.

T: I’m your new teacher today. I’m Miss Li. It’s time for class. Class begins.

S: Stand up.

T: Good morning, class.

Ss: Good morning, Miss Li.

T: Sit down, please.

Step2. A game

T: I like playing games. Do you like games? Let’s play a game. But how? Look! (引导学生看游戏规则)

T: If you see the English or pictures, read it.

If you see a bomb, please say: bong!

(sister/ hello/ jacket/…/Dora)

Step 3. Lead in

1. T: Dora is a pretty girl from a cartoon. Let’s watch the cartoon.

播放《爱探险的朵拉》片头

2.T: This is Dora. This is Boots. Can you introduce yourselves and your friends to Dora? Let me have a try first.

师师范:Good morning, Dora.

        I’m Miss Li.

        This is my friend…

T: Can you have a try? It’s your turn.

“击鼓传花”式介绍

T: I’ll play the music. You pass the toy one by one. When the music stops, the student who has the toy should stand up and introduce yourselves and your friends to Dora.

       Hello/Hi/Good morning, Dora.

3.T: Now , you’re Dora’s new friends. What will Dora say to you?

(让学生猜测朵拉会怎么向大家打招呼)

引出新句型:Nice to meet you.(指导朗读)

T: Here’s a tip for you. Who can read it?

A tip: Nice to meet you.很高兴认识你。其答语为Nice to meet you, too.认识你也很高兴。 这是与人初次见面时的常用语。

师生口语交际:Nice to meet you, lovely boy/girl.

              Nice to meet you, too.

4.咒语:Nice to meet you.

T: Try to say: “ Nice to meet you, Dora!” again and again. Dora will come here and share you colourful eggs.

生重复且大声: Nice to meet you , Dora! 师戴上Dora头饰,拿出彩蛋。

T(扮演朵拉):Nice to meet you, too.

            Would you like an egg?(走向一位离讲台最近的学生)

S:Yes.

引导学生作出完整回答:Yes, please.(贴词条于黑板)

T: What colour?

S: …

出示单词卡片:an egg

(师再问另一位学生后,由学生来扮演朵拉。生生互动后,让生问师)

引出否定回答: No, thank you. (贴词条于黑板)

T: I’d like a pie.

Would you like a pie? 揭题 Unit 7 Would you like a pie?

Step 4. Story time

1. What to learn?

1.我会用‘ Nice to meet you’ 向新朋友打招呼。2.我能向他人提供食品。3.我会使用‘Yes, please.’ 和‘No, thank you.’4.我会读,会表演故事。

T: Come on , boys and girls.

2. T(过渡): Today, Dora and Boots have a picnic in the park.

There are some other boys and girls . They have a picnic, too.

Q: Who are they?

3. Watch and tick: Who is the new friend?

4. Picture1.

(1) 预测Picture 1 : This is Helen. She’s Mike’s ________

(2) How does Mike introduce Helen?

(3) What can we say to Helen?

(4) Look and say picture1

 T:  You can read Picture 1 passionately/ gentlemanly/excitedly.

A./B./C. You can choose anyone you like.(多请几位学生有感情的朗读)

5.T: (过渡) Helen is the new friend. So Su Hai and Yang Ling want to share the food with Helen. But how do they offer the food? Open your books and turn to p45. Read and underline.( 增加reading tip: 快速默读,找出提供食物的问句,并划线)

T (check the answer时): OK. Have you finished? Who can come here and point them? (请学生到前面来指出它们)

T: Su Hai says: Would you like a pie?

T: What is a pie? Look, this is a pie.(出示卡片)

Listen to me three times. A pie, a pie, a pie.

Who can read? Who can read better? Try again.

Try to read it like this: a pie  ↗    a pie ↘

And I will give you a pie.

(引导学生用升降调来读单词)

T:(奖励) Would you like a pie?(出示Would you like…?

S: Yes, please.

(多请几位学生以这种升降调语气来读,读后,引导其余学生齐问:Would you like a pie?)

同法教授:What about a cake?

T:Yang Ling says: What about a cake? What is a cake? Look, this is a cake.(出示单词卡片)

Listen to me three times. A cake, a cake, a cake.

 Who can try?

Who can read it again?

Who can read better?

Try to read it like this: a cake↗ a cake ↘

T: (奖励) What about a cake?(出示What about…?

S: Yes, please.

(多请几位学生以这种升降调语气来读,读后,引导其余学生齐问:What about a cake?)

T:  Here’s a tip for you . Who can read it?

A tip : 第一次提供时,用Would you like…? 再次提供时,用What about…? (重点朗读What about…?)

6. T: Su Hai and Yang Ling share a pie and a cake with Helen. What would Helen like at last? Listen and choose: What would Helen like?

7. Say a chant.

T(过渡):Su Hai, Yang Ling, Liu Tao and Wang Bing have a new friend , Helen. They are very happy. They want to say a chant.

(1) Listen to me

(2) Follow me

(3) Say the chant together

8.Play the turntable. (板书设计成一个转盘)

T: Look at the blackboard. It’s a turntable. Let’s play it. But how?

ppt出示规则: ask one student to play the turntable, then use the word and sentence to ask: Would you like…? or What about…? The others answer: Yes, please. or No, thank you.师示范后学生操作

9. Reading time

(1) Read after the computer.

阅读小提示:一般疑问句要用升调读哦!

(2) Read after the teacher.

Step5 Consolidation

1.T: Work in groups of six . There’re three tasks. Please choose one of them.

(1) We can read the dialogue in roles.  One star.

(2) We can act the dialogue in roles.    Two stars.

(3) We can act the new dialogue on the paper.  Three stars.

What is the new dialogue? Let’s have a look! (ppt出示picture book)

结合研究主题进行评析

这堂客在设计的时候,教授新词时多采用chant的创编,将生词插入其中,在学生优美的诵读过程中学习新单词。而且,整堂课在朗读指导上也花了较重的笔墨,三年级的学生尤其要注重英语朗读的指导,在重读,停顿和语调方面加强训练。
