一、教学目标:
1.能听懂、会说、会拼读单词a cake, a pie, a sweet, a hot dog
2.能初步听懂、会说并且会读Would you like…?/What about…?以及答语Yes, please.No , thank you.明白如何征询别人的意见
3. 能初步听懂、会说并且会读Nice to meet you.,并且明白回答是Nice to meet you, too.
二、教学重、难点
1.能听懂、会说、会读单词a cake, a piea sweet, a hot dog
2.能初步听懂、会说并且会读Would you like…?/What about…?以及应答语Yes, please.No , thank you
三、教学准备
教师:PPT,板书,小组评价(吸铁石,cherry贴图)
学生:分组(每小组安排一名加入者、每组一份食物图片)
五、教学过程:
Step1: Warm up
1.      Enjoy some songs:
What would you like for dinner tonight?
Pat a cake
ABC song
2.      Greetings
Teach: please/thank you.
3. Free talk
 T: What a nice day! I’d like to go to the park. Do you want to go with me?
 Ss: Yes.
 T: OK. But where shall we go? Here’s a suggestion. Let’s listen.
( 播放录音) What about Hongmei Park?
 Teach: What about …?
T: Can you give me a new one?
练说:What about …?(学生不会的场所可用中文代替)
T: Oh, look! Here’s a park. Is it nice?
This is ABC Park. I’d like to go there.
Can you ask me together?
Ss: What about ABC Park?
T: Great! Let’s go.
 Step2: Presentation
 T: Now, here we are. And in the park, there are 4 stops. They are Game time, Story time, Sharing time and Message time.
Game Time
 T: Now first let’s enjoy Game time. This is the rule:
If you see English words, please read them loudly.
 If you see the children, please say “Hi” quickly.
 T: Now the children are here. Can you introduce them, using “This is…”?
 S: This is …
Ss: Nice to meet you, …(介绍:适用于初次见面, 拓展:Nice to see you.)
Story time
T: You did a good job. In the park, we can also watch cartoons. Because there’s a big screen in it. Here’s a cartoon about the children. And in the cartoon, there’s a new friend. Who is she?  
Task1. Watch and answer
T: Who is the new friend? 
S: She’s Nancy.
Task2. Listen and circle
T: So the children are having a picnic. But to have a picnic, food is necessary. Look, here are some kinds of food. Do you know them?
(1)Teach: a c__ke, a p__e
      Which letter is missing?
      Try to spell.
Say a chant: A cake, a pie, I can see.
          A cake, a pie, for you and me.
(2)Teach: a sweet(形状图)
Tip: 这里的ee就发字母e的音哦,你能试着读读以下单词吗?

     Now, let’s listen to the text and circle the food which are mentioned in the dialogue.
Task3. Read and choose
 T: So two kinds of food are mentioned. But would Helen like all of them?
    I’m not sure. Let’s go and ask Helen like this.
Teach: Hi, Helen. Would you like a …?
学生练说。
Read the text and choose the answer.
T: So from their dialogue, we can know:

 Teach: No, thank you. / Yes, please.
T: From this, we know perhaps Helen is a shy girl. Do you know “shy”?
Ss guess the meaning of “shy”.

Sharing time
T: The children share their food to each other. Now it’s time for us to share our food. Let’s have a picnic, too.
Now we have eight groups. Each group will have a visitor. They are …(事先安排好人员) Pease share your food with him/her.
Work in groups of four.

 T: Happy journey, happy ending. Before we leave the park, let’s share what we have learned today on the message board.
Summary:
1.      和某人初次见面,要说:Nice to meet you.
2.      想要给别人提供食物,可以说:Would you like…?What about …?
3.      想要接受别人提供的食物,可以说:Yes, please.
4.      想要拒绝别人提供的食物,可以说:No, thank you.

    ABC Park brings us happiness.
