Unit8 At the weekends

(The first period)

                                   武进区马杭中心小学 毛 兰

一、教学目标:

1、知识目标:a. 能听懂、会说、会读、会写talk about, learn… from, sport ,Of course等短语。

b. 能听懂、会说、会读本课会话内容,并能用自己的语言来描述自己家庭的周末和暑假情况。

2、技能目标:a. 能用 How do you spend your weekends?  How does he/she  spend his/her weekends? 来询问他人以及介绍自己是如何过周末或其它假期的。

b. 能用自己的语言描述他人或自己家庭的周末和其它假期情况,提高听说读写方面的能力。

3、情感目标:a. 通过活动能敢于、乐于、善于开口说英语,树立学好英语的信心。

b. 在活动中培养团结协作的精神,能合理安排好周末和其它假期生活,培养广泛的兴趣爱好。

二、教学重、难点

1、能掌握句型 How do you spend your weekends? 和How does he/she spend his/her weekends?及其应答。

2、能熟练掌握catch butterflies的用法。

3、能理解并掌握重点句型,并能在具体情境中灵活运用。

三、教学过程

Step1.Warming up

T: Hello, boys and girls. Today I’m very happy. Because I’ll share you something with you.Look, I like the song. I hope you enjoy it.

Ss: Sing the song.

Step 2. Games

1、T: I like games. Do you like it?

Ss: Yes, I do.

T: Of course, we do.Let’s  have a“Quick Response”.You can choose one sentence and say it as quickly as you can. Look at my models“I have  English classes on Monday./ I learn English on Saturdays and Sundays.”

Ss: I/We…on Monday/...

I/We…on Saturdays and Sundays.

T: We also call “Saturdays and Sundays” weekends.

Step3. Presentation and prctice

1、T: I often learn English on Saturdays and Sundays / at the weekends.

四、教学反思

一、“任务”统领各教学环节

在本课中,通过电子白板所创设的语言情境,询问教师、朋友以及朋友家人双休日的活动情况等,完成一个个大大小小的“任务”,然后将每一个任务串起来,形成一个有意义的较大的“任务”实施项目,在这个过程中,学生通过电子白板所创设的生活情境,形成了丰富的生成性资源,把习得的知识转化成了交际能力。运用所学语言,交流各自的双休日活动,完成了“在用中学,为用而学,学了就用”的最终目标。

二、 电子白板带来的思考

在这次备课---说课---上课的过程中,我最大的感受是:电子白板的运用给我们的教学提供了一个新的教学方式。它改变了教学内容呈现方式;改变了学生学习活动的形式,改变了课堂的反馈方式,从而促进了学生的思考,提高了学生的学习效率。
