Step1. warm up

1. T: Good afternoon, boys and girls. Are you ready for my class? Now first, let’s enjoy a song. And then, you should tell me what is the song about?

2. Brain storm

  T： when we talk about the parties, what’s in your mind?

  S： snacks.  And what snacks do you like? Do you like fried chicken? But remember, do not eat a lot, or we will be fatter and fatter.

  S: toys. We can play with the toys at the party. Nowadays, robots are very popular.

Step2 presentation

1. our friends are also talking about the party. Can you ask some questions?

2. Look and answer

7. T: so what is LT going to bring to the party? We don’t know. Can you take a guess. He is going to bring ...... so maybe LT is going to bring a lot of things to the party.

9. So who is the clown? He is LT. And he dresses up as a clown. He brings a lot of balloons.

10. T: so ,everybody is here. What are they going to do first? How do you know that? So what fun are they going to have? What are they going to do at the party? From the lessons we’ve already learned before, we know maybe SH is going to dance. Because she has dancing lessons every week. YL is going to play the piano because she likes playing the piano. Mike will draw the pictures and show the pictures to them. Because it’s easy for him. So if we have some hobbies,please learn it well and then we can show them at the party and be the star at the party.
