一、教学目标

1. 语言能力目标

- 熟练运用There be句型描述食物位置(单复数、不可数名词搭配)。  

- 掌握可数/不可数名词分类规则及量词使用(如a carton of milk, three bottles of juice)。  

- 运用现在进行时问答厨房活动(Is he washing...? / Are they cooking...?)。

2. 学习策略目标

- 通过听音猜测、超市分类游戏激活旧知;  

- 借助语法提示卡(就近原则、量词决定动词)自主解决重难点。

3. 情感与文化目标

- 体验烹饪乐趣,理解父母辛劳;  

- 通过制作感恩卡传递情感,培养家庭责任感。

二、教学重难点

1重点:There be句型的准确运用(不可数名词与量词搭配、就近原则)。  

2难点:可数/不可数名词的实践区分(如bread, meat, yogurt);多主语时be动词的灵活选择(如第9-10题)。

三、教学过程

1. Lead in

T: Hello, boys and girls. Today well go on learning Unit6 In the kitchen. First, can you tell me who usually cooks in the kitchen in your family.

S1: My mother usually cooks in my family.

T: Well, is she good at cooking?

S1: Yes.

S2: My father often cooks in my family.

T: Really! How is the food?

S2: Its yummy.

T: Do you often help in the kitchen?

S2: No.

T: Children, our parents always cook nice food for us. Would you like to cook one meal for them?

SYes.

T: Today, Miss Li and her students are having a Kids Cooking Day. They will cook some nice food for their parents. Lets go and join them. OK?

Ss: OK.

 

2. Lets guess!

T: Here they are. What are they doing? Can you guess?

S1: Are they cooking in the kitchen?

T: No, they arent.

S2: Are they washing the dishes?

T: Sorry. Try again.

S3: Are they cleaning the kitchen?

T: No, they arent. Let me give you a hint. Please listen to the sound and guess what they are doing.

S: Are they shopping?

T:Bingo! You are so clever. They are shopping in the supermarket. Now, they are at the checkout counter. They buy a lot of food. Please read out the food as soon as you see them.

S: ... ...

 

3. Lets classify!

T:Wow! So much food. Lets help them put the food in the shopping bags. OK

Ss: OK!

T: Here are two bags. One bag is for the countable words, the other is for the uncountable words.

Ss: ......

T: Have you finished? Lets check if you put the food in the right bag.

 

4. Lets complete!

 

1)T:Now, Miss Li is waiting for us in the school dinning room. She wants to know what food we have. Lets go and meet her. All right?

Ss:......

T: There she is. She has something to say to us. Lets listen.

Miss Li: Well done, kids. To keep the food fresh, please put them in the fridge first. And then complete the food list to prepare our dinner. Heres a tip for you.

           some+不可数名词

There is +

           a/an +可数名词单数

There are + some+ 名词复数

1. 不可数名词前如果用量词,be动词用以量词的单复数决定。

2. There be 结构中,有两个以上名词时,遵循就近原则。

 

5. Lets talk

T:Now,everything is ready. Lets go to the kitchen and cook. Look! The children are busy in the kitchen . What about Miss Li? Is she cooking in the kitchen?

S1: No, she isnt.

T: Is she washing the dishes?

S2: No, she isnt.

T: Is she cleaning the kitchen?

S3: No, she isnt.

T: What actually is she doing? Let me show you. She is watching the children and chatting with the parents in the Teachers class group.

Miss Li:The children are cooking in the kitchen

Liu Taos mother: Is Tao Tao ...?

 

Miss Li: No, he isnt. He is ...                                           

 

Mikes father: Is Mike ...?

 

Miss Li :No, he isnt. He is ...

 

Sus mother: Are they ...?

 

Miss Li: Yes, they are.

 T: Please work in a group of four . Complete the conversation in the Teachers class group .

6. Lets write

T: Wow! Yummy! Yummy! Our parents is coming to enjoy the food. Before they come, lets make a card to introduce the food you made and thank them for their love.

Here is an example from Su Hai and Su Yang. Underline the sentences you like.
